I’ve built my career consulting for and working in Fortune 100 companies on all challenges employee-related. I bring over a decade of organizational study, change management consulting and leadership coaching to my practice, and I'm passionate about developing more engaged workforces.

As a certified coach, change management specialist and former team leader, I work with managers and leaders to evoke real behavior change through holistic, goal-oriented and values-based coaching. I ask questions that go below the surface to boldly yet empathetically help leaders develop on a micro and macro level.
